Color temperature
A measurement in Kelvin (K) describing how warm or cool light appears. Lower values (2700-3000K) produce warm orange/yellow light like candlelight or sunrise; higher values (5500-6500K) produce cool blue light like overcast skies. Understanding color temperature helps photographers set accurate white balance.
