Nature of Service
Commensurate Ventures provides access to interdisciplinary educational content for supplemental learning, enrichment, and homeschool curriculum support. Purchases grant access to digital course materials including text, interactive components, quizzes, and companion resources.
No Accreditation or Credit Guarantee
Commensurate Ventures is not an accredited educational institution. No purchase guarantees academic credit, high school graduation credit, college admission credit, or professional certification. Any recognition of this content for academic purposes is at the sole discretion of the buyer's school district, state education agency, or relevant authority.
Vendor and Marketplace Status
Eligibility for state Education Savings Account (ESA) funds, including through marketplace platforms such as Odyssey, ClassWallet, or similar intermediaries, is subject to vendor approval processes that are independent of Commensurate Ventures. Vendor approval status may change. Current eligibility status should be verified directly with the relevant marketplace or state agency before making purchasing decisions with ESA funds.

Where course descriptions reference alignment to Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) or other state standards, this represents our internal curriculum mapping effort and has not been independently verified or endorsed by the Texas Education Agency or any state authority.
Subscription and Recurring Billing
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
One-Time Purchases
Individual course and bundle purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased content. "Lifetime" means for as long as the platform operates and the content remains available. Content may be updated, revised, or reorganized over time, but purchased access is not revoked due to content changes.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed on the platform.
Age Restrictions
All purchases must be made by an individual who is 18 years of age or older. Minor students (ages 13–17) may use the platform with an account created under parental consent, but the parent or guardian must be the purchaser of record.
