1. Acceptance of Terms & End User License Agreement (EULA)

By accessing, purchasing, or using the Interdisciplinary Curriculum platform and its associated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document serves as a binding End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Interdisciplinary Curriculum. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Limited License to Use Content

You are licensing the right to view the content, not purchasing the content itself.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Interdisciplinary Curriculum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and securely view the educational content, quizzes, and materials strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and proprietary information belong exclusively to Interdisciplinary Curriculum.

3. Strict Prohibitions on IP Theft & Account Sharing

To protect our proprietary intellectual property, you explicitly agree that you SHALL NOT:

• Share Logins: Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials with any other individual or household. Simultaneous logins or flagged geographic anomalies may result in immediate, unrefunded account termination.
• Scrape or Export: Use spiders, robots, data mining techniques, or other automated devices or programs to catalog, download, store, reproduce, or distribute content available on the platform.
• Redistribute Materials: Copy, record, screenshot, reproduce, display, distribute, or create derivative works of the lesson text, quizzes, or multimedia under any circumstances without explicit written permission.
• Commercialize: Use the content to train artificial intelligence models (LLMs), build a competing product, or monetize the educational materials in any capacity.

4. User Accounts

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to revoke access, without refund, if we detect reasonable evidence of account sharing or IP infringement.

5. Revisions and Errors

The educational materials appearing on the platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interdisciplinary Curriculum or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your account and license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
