Overexposure
When too much light reaches the sensor or film, resulting in an image that is excessively bright with blown-out highlights where detail is permanently lost. Overexposed areas appear as pure white. Check your histogram for clipping on the right side, and use exposure compensation or faster shutter speeds to correct.
