Wet-bulb temperature
A temperature measurement that combines heat and humidity, representing the lowest temperature achievable by evaporative cooling. Above 35°C wet-bulb, the human body cannot cool itself through sweating and death follows within hours — a threshold already briefly exceeded in some regions.
