Eugenics
The pseudoscientific movement that sought to "improve" the human species through selective breeding, forced sterilization, and immigration restriction. Drew selectively on evolutionary concepts while distorting them. Led to forced sterilization of 60,000+ Americans and provided intellectual foundation for Nazi racial policies.
